INDIVIDUAL ADULTS: 

I work with INDIVIDUAL adults on a range of life challenges including relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, recovering from divorce, self-esteem, parenting, identity development, spiritual connection, and managing emotions.  Duration of treatment can vary from short term, focused work to longer term, and deeper work depending on goals and individual needs.  

 

COUPLES: 

Common areas of focus in my work with COUPLES include communication, deepening connection and intimacy, self  understanding, empathy, problem solving, and conflict resolution.  Often couples come in struggling with stress, work/life/family balance, recovering from affairs, hurt and mistrust, growing distance in the relationship, and overwhelm by the transition to having children.  

GROUPS:  

I am available to lead mindfulness groups for small groups or organizations on request.
